Most engineering stops at the drawing. Lister Aerospace takes a part further: running the analysis, building the CAD, substantiating the structure, designing the tooling, and machining the finished component. That range comes from serving as the sole engineer of record at a Part 23 certified aircraft OEM, paired with hands-on CNC machining and tooling. One point of contact from first sketch to first part.

Nose Gear Conversion & Airframe Reconfiguration

Led the airframe and landing-gear reconfiguration from a tailwheel platform to a nose-gear variant, covering structural integration, prototype development, and validation planning through drop testing.

Production Tooling & CNC Tube Fabrication

Designed production bending dies for formed sheet-metal brackets and gussets, and built a digital tube-fabrication workflow on a CNC tube bender that replaced manual layout and hand-fitting.
